As a Mental Health Counselor, I have seen many clients struggle with focus, anger, sadness, anxiety, social difficulties and emotional dysregulation.  Whether you are a stay at home mom or an industry executive, stress is always a factor in life and one that is often difficult to cope with in a healthy way.  

With Mindfulness practice, everyone can learn how to cope with life in a different way, taking a different path with the way you react to your kids, career, significant other, clients and, most importantly, yourself.  Mindfulness teaches you to live in the moment, accept every moment, and love yourself and others without judgement.

Mindfulness is based on Eastern philosophies as well as Western science and psychology and has decades of research behind it.  As we learn and practice Mindfulness it becomes a part of who we are and a new way of walking through life emerges, without those feelings of losing control, excessive anger or panic.
