Group Description:

Our Mindfulness skills group will help you deepen all of your DBT practices with enhanced skills and meditations.  But you don't have to graduate from a DBT group to join this Mindfulness skills group, you will still gain a lot of coping skills.

In this 8 week program you will learn:

  • How to effectively utilize each of your senses to self soothe

  • New meditations

  • Thought awareness

  • Sensory awareness

  • Enhanced grounding strategies
