Learn the Mindfulness skills you need to be more effective with your coping skills.

We all know that completing a DBT skills group is not the end of the DBT journey.  Our Mindfulness skills group will help you deepen all of your DBT practices with enhanced skills and meditations.

In this 8 week program you will learn:

  • How to effectively utilize each of your senses to self soothe

  • New meditations

  • Thought awareness

  • Sensory awareness

  • Enhanced grounding strategies

  • and much others
