We all know that completing a DBT skills group is not the end of the DBT journey.  Our Mindfulness coping skills group will help you deepen all of your DBT practices with enhanced skills and meditations.  But you don't have to graduate from a DBT group to join this Mindfulness skills group, you will still gain a lot of coping skills.


In this 8 week program you will learn:


  • How to effectively utilize each of your senses to self soothe

  • New meditations

  • Thought awareness

  • Sensory awareness

  • Enhanced grounding strategies

  • and much MORE
