Your needs as my client are top priority.  Because I want to tailor treatment to your specific needs I offer a sliding scale to lower income individuals, a range of session lengths (60, 45 and 30 minute sessions), crisis sessions, phone consultations and options for office and teletherapy.

In addition, I am trained in multiple treatment modalities that are evidence based and tailored to individual needs.  Modalities include but are not limited to: CBT, DBT, Personality Disorder Treatment, Exposure, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Relaxation Training and others.  I always use a combination of treatments to tailor to your needs and will discuss these options with you when conducting treatment planning during our initial stages of treatment.

I am a strong believer in continuing education and am constantly expanding my knowledge and abilities.  If you have any questions about modalities I am able to use, please feel free to contact me directly.
