I am a graduate of Stetson University with a bachelor’s in Psychology and Art and currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Art Therapy at Antioch University Seattle. I am originally from Brooklyn, NY, but am now based in the surrounding areas of Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. 

 

As a therapist, I practice based on social justice, equity, and advocacy principles. I use a person-centered, art therapy, and a relational approach. I am flexible and depending on the client my approach can change. Overall, I believe it is important for you to be your most authentic self. We learn together. You are in charge of your own journey.
