Mindfulness meditation has grown in popularity over the past decade. More an more people are talking about it and showing interest in it, but may not have access to the toold needed to be successful in learning how to meditate.
This 4 week class, will introduce Mindfulness Meditation to beginners who are looking to witness their own success in this process.
You will learn:
The basics of meditations
The different positions you can meditate in
How to feel the sensations in your body
To notice the rise and fall of thoughts and emotions
To tap into compassion for yourself and others
Sundays at 10am
