Group Details

Mindfulness Meditation is so much more than just focusing your breath and body.  This 4-week class shares deeper meditations and lectures on understanding how to live a Mindful life through these meditations that allow us to:

  • Find acceptance in trying times

  • Live with pain and discomfort in our bodies

  • Work through difficulties that keep our minds busy

  • Learn to feel sonder more frequently

Sundays at 10am EST

Starting May 19th, 2024 to June 9th, 2024
